Demi and Ashton had already filmed the DHS training video introduction with the goal of making the issue of human trafficking more accessible to law enforcement. California law enforcement officials approached DNA to do a similar training video introduction for their human trafficking training module, which will be seen by 97,000 first responders all over California. DNA plans to work with the human trafficking task forces around the country and in partnership with these groups, plans to package this video for distribution to the other 49 states. The DNA Foundation believes that local law enforcement is positioned to affect the issue of human trafficking every day, and wants to make sure that information about the issue is readily available to law enforcement and first responders throughout California and nationwide.
